Visteon Generates Record-Breaking Customer Interest at CES® 2017
Presenting under the theme “Transforming the Future of Mobility,” Visteon generated all-time high customer interest in its cockpit electronics technology at CES® 2017 in Las Vegas Jan. 5-8. This success mirrored the overall growth in importance of automotive technology at the world’s largest consumer electronics show.
Headlining with the launch of the Phoenix™ infotainment platform – a new approach to in-vehicle infotainment aimed at mid- and high-end vehicles – Visteon showcased a full range of digital instrument clusters; curved, dual view and 3D displays; an augmented reality head-up display; plus new developments based on the industry-first domain controller, SmartCore™, which form the basis of the company’s roadmap to autonomous driving.
Over the four-day event, Visteon welcomed more than 1,100 visitors, including nearly 550 representatives from 55 automakers, 374 supplier partners and more than 125 investors and industry analysts. The schedule also included several off-site events where Visteon leaders and product experts engaged with media, hosted customers, and joined other industry leaders speaking at technology conferences.
“The conversations we had with customers (at CES) were excellent. This was a great way to start the year.”
